These are some of our more frequently asked questions, please have a look through for info on how we print our products, how to take care of them as well as our shipping and returns policies. 1:HOW DO YOU PRINT
YOUR PRODUCTS?
We print our products in our home studio using a technique called sublimation. Sublimation uses a combination of heat and pressure to imbed the ink into our products. The special inks transform into a gas when heated which allows them to permanently combine with the fabric or the substrates they are printed on. It works kind of like a tattoo, resulting in a permanent full colour image that won't fade, crack or peel away!

We use a variety of different heat presses to allow us to print onto a range of different substrates, from the softest polyester fabrics, to canvas style bags, wood, metal, plastic, glass and even ceramics! Our favourite thing about sublimation printing is how versatile it is and how creative we get to be while experimenting with new techniques!

2:HOW DO I LOOK AFTER MY PRODUCTS?
Our mixed fabric panel t shirts are made with a mixture of a high quality 180gsm 100% polyester (front panels) and poly/cotton blend (backs and sleeves) which make them super soft and easy to care for. Our pocket tees are a 140gsm 90-100% cotton viscose blend with a polyester pocket panel, meaning they are lightweight and breathable whilst still being robust. They can all be machine washed up to 40 degrees and ironed on the reverse.

Our cushion covers are machine washable at 30 degrees - turn inside out and do the zip up before putting in the machine. Line dry, or put back onto your cushion whilst slightly damp to maintain shape.

Our mugs are microwave and dishwasher safe - recommend washing temperature of 45 degree

All wooden nursery decorations are sealed with a non toxic / toy safe sealant and can be gently wiped clean with a damp cloth or antibacterial wipe.
3:WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?
All items are made to order and we will aim to dispatch them within 48 hours unless stated otherwise. If a particular item is out of stock you can contact us for a resupply date - we work closely with our suppliers to keep on top of their production schedule so we should be able to provide an estimated date for the majority of our products.
Our orders are shipped in recyclable packaging with FSC-certified shipping labels using a solvent free adhesive.
Our business cards are made using recycled paper.
All orders will be shipped via Royal Mail, and we offer free shipping on orders over £30.
Unfortunately we do not currently offer shipping outside the UK
4:CAN I GET A REFUND OR EXCHANGE
Due to our products being made to order we won't be able to offer refunds if you change your mind. Please ensure all customisations are correct and there are no spelling errors before submitting your order. We can arrange a digital proof of designs before printing if you get in touch with us via email before placing your order.

There may be slight variations in print position and colour between items as a result of them being handmade, but if there is an issue with the quality of your product please get in touch straight away so we can arrange a refund or exchange. We hope you will absolutely love receiving your orders as much as we love making them, so we will always replace faulty or damaged products at no cost to you.
